Bily Harlow, PLLC was founded by two friends and colleagues with a shared vision of a law firm that provides professional, quality work and treats all clients, big and small, with respect and integrity.

Guy Bily began his career in commercial and real estate litigation and transitioned into estate planning and advising small businesses. After gaining valuable experience with a solo practitioner and a highly respected mid-size law firm, he decided to partner up with his close friend, William Harlow. Prior to his law practice, he worked in the construction industry. Outside of practicing law, Guy enjoys exercising, camping, listening to music, reading, and playing the violin. Guy is also an active member of the Houston Young Lawyers’ Association and the Houston Bar Association.

William Harlow has spent his career in estate planning, ensuring that each client gets an estate plan tailored perfectly to their needs. Outside of his practice of law, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Selma, and three children, Penelope, Theodore, and Linus. Additionally, he enjoys cooking, reading, and the outdoors.
